6 Wks DPT, OPV, Hepatitis B
10 wks DPT, OPV
14 wks DPT, OPV, Hepatitis B
9 months Measles vaccine
15 months Inj. MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
18 months DPT, OPV
5 years DT, OPV
6 years MMR
10 yrs & 15 yrs. TT
Vit. A to be given at 9 months with Measles vaccination and at 18 months with DPT and OPV booster and every 6 month till 5 years of age.
