Polio Free India is a site made by Dr Abhishek Arora, in partnership with Dr. Gowri HJ, a Rotarian and an Ex- President of the Manipal Branch of Rotary International.
The Concept and the drive behind this program is by Dr H J Gowri.
All the money donated goes to Rotary International.
Why this site when Rotary is collecting money?
This site is to help raise money in conjunction with Rotary International to boost revenue collection and to raise awareness about Polio and to make India Polio Free.
We aim to enhance revenue collection by making this site. As a result of this site, we have already collected almost 4000 USD (till now) and list is growing. Many of the donors are first time donors, who have not donated to Rotary before.
